AMC grants the named licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to synchronize and reproduce the selected composition and sound recording only in the approved project, media, territory and term.

After cleared payment and final approval, AMC supplies one full master, one instrumental and one a cappella version. Stems, alternate edits and custom mixes require a separate quote.

AMC and its represented rights holders permanently retain all publishing, composition, lyric, master-recording, performance, trademark, catalog and intellectual-property ownership. No customer, developer, AI provider, host, payment processor, affiliate, partner, contractor or associate receives or retains publishing ownership or copyright. Any technical permission needed to host or deliver files is limited to operating the service and never transfers ownership.

No resale, sublicensing, sampling, remixing, model training, standalone distribution, trademark use, unlawful use or use outside the approved project. Political, adult, defamatory and sensitive-category uses require express written approval.

The license becomes effective only after full payment clears and AMC confirms the requested use. Download access is limited to the purchaser and may expire after delivery.

Where customary, credit the song title, artist and AMC Consultants Global Music. Film and television licensees must provide cue-sheet information and a final copy or link when reasonably available.

The order identifies the approved term and territory. Continued use after expiration or expansion into new media, markets or campaigns requires renewal or an amended license.

Fees are non-refundable after files are delivered except where required by law. Unauthorized use may terminate the license and require removal, additional fees and available legal remedies.

Each party confirms it has authority to enter the agreement. Final representations, indemnities, liability limits, dispute terms and governing law appear in the signed order-specific license.

The signed order, approved usage description and standard license form make up the complete agreement. Changes must be accepted in writing by AMC and the licensee.
